By accessing and using this website, purchasing our products (including digital tutorials and physical dolls), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Products and Services

Minibabydolls offers both physical handcrafted goods (polymer clay dolls) and digital products (tutorials).

• Handmade Nature: Please note that our physical dolls are handmade one-of-a-kind (OOAK) items. Slight imperfections or variations are part of the artistic process and make each piece unique.
• Digital Products: Digital tutorials are delivered electronically. Access ensures you have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use the content for personal learning purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, tutorials, videos, and designs, is the property of Minibabydolls and is protected by copyright laws.

• Tutorials: You may NOT share, distribute, resell, or upload our tutorials to any other platform. They are for your personal use only.
• Creations from Tutorials: You are free to sell the physical dolls you create using the techniques learned from our tutorials, crediting Minibabydolls is appreciated but not mandatory.

4. Refunds and Returns

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of tutorials are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
• Physical Products: Returns for physical items are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Minibabydolls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;
• Any content obtained from the services; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Safety Warning: Our products are collectible art items, not toys. They are not suitable for children and may contain small parts that pose a seeking hazard. Minibabydolls is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from the misuse of our products.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
